  • A dedicated event coordinator will be on hand to help you with planning and organisation, liaising with key players and giving you the peace of mind.
  • Our technical staff will be on hand to help with organisation and you can also book additional technical support during your event if needed.
  • Our catering team is second to none and offers a range of delicious menu options and wine lists for your event, wedding or reception.

Jelony is responsible for making sure that we fully understand your requirements and find the perfect space for your event. She works closely with clients; organizing site viewings, answering queries, confirming capacities, availability and facilities – whatever you need! Her friendly, helpful attitude will ensure that you get the right package for your event, conference or wedding at Senate House.

Sheila Paul, Conference and Events Operations Manager

Once your booking is confirmed, Sheila gets to work liaising with our operational teams and the relevant partners and suppliers to ensure that everything is organised for your event. With 20 years’ experience and a professional can-do attitude, Sheila ensures that everything runs smoothly, without stress or hassle!

Claire Corley, Hospitality Manager.

Claire works closely with our clients to ensure that every aspect of their event catering and service is perfect.  She has over ten years’ experience in the hospitality and catering industry, and has worked at a number of prominent central London venues. Claire is extremely flexible and client-focused in her approach. She relishes the opportunity to tailor-make a catering solution for any event from large exhibitions to bespoke private functions.

Julian Garner, Head Chef.

Julian has over twenty years’ experience in fine dining. He started his career at the Cumberland Hotel, spent two years working for the Rothschild family and, after more than a decade working for a range of blue chip companies, is used to catering for board directors and senior executives, as well as regularly looking after members of the royal family. Julian is passionate about food and believes in using the finest fresh ingredients, sourced locally to produce modern British cuisine. Innovative and dedicated to achieving great taste through simple, balanced dishes.
