Ranging from small executive suites to our grand hall, we can provide a wide range of spaces to suit different types of events. High specification audio-visual facilities and adaptable layouts mean the spaces can be tailored easily to your event.
Senate House also has several outdoor spaces, which provide a chance to enjoy some green space in the middle of the city. Our Malet Street Garden is ideal for parties and functions, with a wet weather alternative provided free of charge.
We offer our guests a choice of dedicated conference venues suitable for large-scale events, such as Chancellor’s Hall, Beveridge Hall and MacMillan Hall. These rooms not only boast original art-deco interiors, but natural acoustics and flexible layout options. Macmillan and Beveridge Halls are individually amongst the largest London venues, making them the ideal space for large events in the capital.

Our dedicated events team
At Senate House, our events team have played host to businesses from around the world. We are experienced at working on an international basis and can more than handle the logistics of long-distance event planning.
We take a partnership approach to make the process of organising an event easier, keeping in regular contact to make sure you achieve your dream event. Our event team will work around differing time zones to achieve the planning and organisation needed for your event. From the start we will ensure everything is as organised as possible; for example we would advise you to investigate and apply for any visas you might need well in advance.
