Mich Turner MBE founded the company in 1999 and has since made cakes for events at London’s leading hotels, venues and department stores including Claridge’s, The Dorchester, Harvey Nichols, Liberty and Harrods. Her expertise has led to the publication of four internationally successful books, the creation of her own Wedding TV series, and the running of hugely popular cake baking and decorating masterclasses.
